Fast f/2 max. aperture, going through to f/16 (Note - The aperture on this copy has been made de-clicked at some point, and one of the screws near the aperture construction has evidently been screwed in too much and has had its top stripped off… The movement from f/2 to f/16 is consistent and smooth, feels similar to any ‘de-clicked’ vintage lens)

Perfect all-round lens, thrives for portraits and travel!
Overall Condition - The external body of the lens is in extremely good condition for its age, and is in clean & tidy condition. There are a few small scratches across the body, and one of the tiny screws near the aperture dial has been stripped , though its barely noticeable unless looking hard. The glass externally is near perfect, as are most of the elements. However, one or two elements in the rear construction of the lens has some clouding and a couple small spots on them (see photos). Having tested this lens on both digital and film, it makes little to no tangible difference to overall sharpness, though creates a slight loss of contrast when wide open, and a tiny glow around highlights in harsh sunlight when wide open too. The somehow de-clicked aperture is worth noting again, though it makes no difference the final result in any way (may even be useful for use with video…)
Comes with Leica Silver 39mm UV filter as front cap in good condition. We don’t have a rear cap for this yet, though they can be found for under a dollar anywhere (and we’ll include one as soon as we can get some in :)).
