Mamiya 645 1000s Kit!
What’s Included (Note: Waist-Level VF shown in photos no longer included):
Mamiya 645 1000s Camera Body
Mamiya-Sekor C 80mm f/2.8 Lens
Mamiya Metered Prism Viewfinder (With Original Soft Case)

Original Mamiya Leather Strap
Features:
Shutter Speeds from 1/1000 - 8 Seconds, Bulb, perfect for every scenario, with the 1/1000 being unique to the 1000s, making it easier to get the most out of the system’s fast lenses
6 × 4.5cm format on 120 roll film, the most economical size for shooting Medium format, yielding 15 photos per roll, while being a huge step up from 35mm in image quality
Kit includes both waist and eye level viewfinders, allowing for use in a range of scenarios
Kit includes 80mm f/2.8 Lens, with a 35mm equivalent focal length of ~50mm, which combined with fast aperture, makes it a perfect all-round lens, with a particular strength in portraiture
1/60 Flash Sync Speed, faster than many medium format cameras of this era
Built in self timer, unique to the 1000s model in the Mamiya 645 series
Depth of field preview indicator, especially useful for shooting landscapes, again unique to the 1000s
Mirror Lock-up (MLU) feature, perfect for shooting long exposures on tripods to avoid any shake
Multi-exposure Lever, allowing for straightforward creation of multi-exposure shots
Overall Condition: This kit is in great condition overall - everything functions perfectly as it should, and everything is in really strong cosemtic condition (see photos). The lens, while it may look bad in the photos, only has slight stratches in the coating of the front element - this may very slightly affect microcontrast in the resulting images, though won’t have any effect on sharpness or the rendering of the lens. There is no haze, fungus, dust, etc in the lens. Both viewfinders are in great condition, though the metering inside the prism doesn’t work accurately, which is unfortunately the case with most of these due to age. There is nothing to effect the optics of the viewfinder, or focusing screen, too.
